Fundidos
A local favorite of refried beans, cheese and tortilla chips for dipping. Served in the famous Honduras “anafres”. This is fondue…Honduran style!
Tacos Catrachos
Homemade corn tortillas wrapped around shredded beef then deep fried. Served with a mound shredded cabbage and special salsa.
Quesadilla
Flour tortilla filled with cheese, sautéed mushrooms, green onion, jalapeño peppers and tomatoes. Served with roasted tomato salsa on the side.
Port Royal Shrimp
Fresh shrimp, flavored with garlic, dipped in Port Royal Beer batter and then deep fried until crisp. Served atop lime slices and crunchy tostones (fried green plantains).
Conch Ceviche
Finely minced conch, onions, tomatoes, peppers marinated in fresh lime juice. Served with crackers for dipping.
Calamari Sofrito
Golden grown fried squid served with warm sofrito dipping sauce and a side of crisp plantain chips.
Alitas las Islas
Fried chicken wings tossed in a spicy mutton pepper barbecue sauce. Served with a side of crisp plantain chips.
Chicken Fingers
Strips of chicken, battered and fried. Served with a tangy honey mustard sauce and a side of plantain chips.
Chicken Sandwich
Lightly seasoned breast of chicken grilled to perfection and served on a toasted bun. Comes with a side of plantain chips.
Hamburger
A grilled USDA approved all-beef patty on a toasted bun, with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Served with crisp plantain chips on the side.
Hot Dog
All beef hot dog served in a sesame seed bun and your choice of topping.
Chef Salad
Strips of turkey, ham and cheese atop a bed of fresh greens and a tangy house dressing on the side.
